I’m a BPS registered psychologist with over 20 years of coaching and teaching experience.
After working as a teacher, I quit my job to start my coaching business.
But with three small children to look after and a fledgling business to grow, I soon discovered I was so busy I had very little time to get things done.

As a new business owner, I couldn’t afford a designer so I slowly started creating all of the coaching resources myself. But it took … ages.
